Healing takes time and attention. If you find yourself in a state of poor health, realize you didn’t get there overnight. In the same way, you won’t regain your health overnight. This is why I am offering a membership model to progress you through healing phases. I believe this is the best way to obtain the results you are seeking. A membership is optimal as you will have frequent access to support over a longer period of time and at a reduced cost as compared to purchasing individual sessions. I encourage you to think in increments of 3-month periods of time where we reevaluate where you are and continue on a plan to help you reach your health goals.
3 Month Membership-Phase 1
$660 for 6 visits
- The first visit is the initial consultation lasting approximately an hour and a half where we review your history and timeline in detail. A physical therapy exam is included if indicated. You will leave with some simple action steps to get started.
- Follow up visits will occur approximately every 2 weeks up to 2 per month for a total of 5 follow up visits.
- The second visit will include the presentation of your Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan as well as recommendations for further lab testing and supportive nutraceutical supplements if necessary.
- You will receive comprehensive session notes and support materials via email.
- You will have access to my Practice Better portal which includes regular communication via Practice Better Messaging and use of tracking tools.
- You will receive a 15% discount on recommended supplements through my online dispensary.
3 Month Membership-Phase 2
$330 for 3 visits
- This is a continuation of your healing journey but now you are requiring less frequent sessions.
- Follow up visits will occur approximately once a month for 3 months for a total of 3 follow up visits.
- You will receive comprehensive session notes and support materials via email.
- You will have access to my Practice Better portal which includes regular communication via Practice Better Messaging and use of tracking tools.
- You will receive a 15% discount on recommended supplements through my online dispensary.
Booking individual consultations may be better for some. This will allow for more flexibility. However, if you would like to convert to either subscription, you will have that option.
Initial Nutrition Consultation
$300 for 2 hours
- This initial consultation will last approximately 2 hours. We will review your history and timeline in detail. A physical therapy exam is included if indicated and follow-up treatment will be recommended.
- You will receive a Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan as well as recommendations for further lab testing and supportive supplements if necessary.
- You will receive comprehensive session notes and support materials via email.
Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation
$110 for 1 hour
- Follow-up sessions may include modifications and/or progression of your Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan, health coaching, education, analysis of lab results, and more.
Initial Visceral Manipulation Assessment
$150
- This initial assessment will last 1 hour. We will review your history and goals. Most of the time will be spent in assessment and treatment using the Visceral manipulation approach. Please arrive in loose clothing and an empty stomach to facilitate treatment.
Follow-up Visceral Manipulation
$75
- Follow-up treatments will be limited to 30 minutes in order to facilitate optimal healing and to not overwhelm the system. We will briefly review your symptoms since the last treatment and spend most of the time on the Visceral manipulation treatment. Please arrive in loose clothing and an empty stomach to facilitate treatment.
